I'm sorry, I'm stupid, I put the best part of the pattern over the massive base of my thumb, so it's not showing properly ^^;

I also apologise, the pattern goes up my arm, but since the model's me, I'm afraid I can only show the hand.

I dedicate this to all my watchers, because many of you have keep me on my feet when I literally am not steady on them.

Time taken: 1h 45 (took a while because there are many new things in this pattern)
Pattern inspired from: Vaishali Narvekar
Application by: me
Hand belongs to: me
The photo is by my most precious brother ~CobaltDr, who came to my rescue with his camera when my point-and-shoot refused to take a photo of any kind. Thank you!!

How long does a henna tattoo last?

Depending on the henna itself and on what you do with your hands (if it's on your hands), it can be anything from a few days to 3-4 weeks. I do all my washing up myself and I wash my hands a lot, so it tends to all get scrubbed off fairly soon.

It also depends on your skin and how quickly it regenerates (skin constantly re-makes itself). If you have a rapid cell turnover, your henna's going to fade quicker.

On and off only the past 3 years or so. Most of what I've done is on dA. My life is kind of busy, so sadly I don't really have the time for it.

Your designs are great.
Have you ever thought of going into tattoo design as a profession, or even just a side-job? It seems suiting. c:
